February 9th is when Jahiem will release his fifth studio album titled, "Another Round." A song, "Finding My Way Back," is beginning to circulate around the internet and it sounds like he will release a solid album this time around. I guess we will see what Soundscan has to say when the album gets released!! I am excited!

I have loved Nina Sky since their 2004 self-titled debut album came out. I loved their music and I loved their style. Over the years, their style has evolved and they have grown into two beautiful young women. Natalie and Nicole are certified trendsetters in my eyes. They take risks and don't apologize for it. Their hair cuts change frequently along with the color. Some days they have on kicks and skinny jeans and the next day they are rocking mini-skirts with baby-t's. I love these girls to death! They are haute as hell!!! I just admire them for the risks they take because they are never afraid to be themselves and don't apologize for it. They have piercings and are tatted up like nobodys business. I LOVE THEM!!!!

sooo, I'm not supposed to be shopping so that I can save for Spring Break and summer trips BUT I couldn't resist. I went to the MAC inside of Belk today and did some damage. lol. I bought four GORGEOUS lip products that I can not wait to wear! All the colors are beautiful, they are nudes. Glamour for All is my favorite of these four! It's a nude pink color. ahhhh, it's so HAUTE!!!!

I filmed my everyday make-up look today for my YouTube channel. I wake up so early on school days, I don't have a lot of time to focus on my make-up. What I wear takes less than 5 mins and I am set for the day! I love this look because I can switch up the lipstick anytime and the make-up still looks good! If you know me, then you would know the bond I have with Gap, Inc. lol but anyway these shoes are a re-release of the Pierre Hardy X Collaboration made with Gap some time ago. They are HOT. I love both colors, but would go with the tan color cause they probably go with more things. I won't buy something if I can't use it multiple times. Lol Cheap, I know. Anyway, these boots retail for $175 dollars, UGH..so damn high. I'm most positive, they will sell out before I get a chance to get them. They are still nice to look at.

Smashbox has released their newest collection! It's called The Smashbox Heartbreak Collection and you can find it at Ulta and Sephora! The colors are really spring-like and the whole collection flows together rather nicely. I really like the eyeshadow palettes that came with this collection, but I have put myself on a no make-up buying fast unless i REALLY need it! Lady Gaga made an appearance on Oprah yesterday and it twas great. The interview was great! YouTube it. She performed too! AMAZINNNGGG!!! She performed,"Monster," "Bad Romance," and "Speechless" in one piece and did it so well. She gave just a taste of what The Monster Ball tour is like. This doesn't even sum it up, coming from someone who has experienced it wholeheartedly. Love it.

Rihanna covers W Magazine's February issue. I really love all the pictures inside the magazine, but the cover...not so much. They could have done better. That Gucci dress is HOT I just don't see a connection between the cover and spread inside. That kind of bothers me personally, but whatever!! Anyway, people can't seem to get enough of Rihanna, I will always love her. She's fearless. Glad to have found some new desktop wallpapers.

the beginning...

so today is the first day back at school and everything is going really well so far. One of my teachers canceled class, so that was a major plus. YAY!


Today is the first day of many to come and I am ready. I am going to rock this semester out if its the last thing that I do. I have so much to look forward too. I am doing what I am most passionate about and it feels good. My future is unclear, but who can really say that know what is going to happen tomorrow? No one. Not a single person can predict the future. I am just in a really happy place right now. I surround myself with people who love me and want nothing but the best for me and that's an amazing feeling. To know that someone has your back, no matter what is an inexplicable feeling.


People question my dreams and say I should have chosen the "safe" route. Do something that you know you can find a job in....NO. I refuse to live a life I don't want to because someone thinks it's safe...FUCK safe. People don't understand that we only have one life to live, so you better be damn sure that I am going to live it the way I want to. Who I date, how i dress, what i study...it's MY DECISION! I have so many friends who do what their parents want them to when it comes to certain things. That won't be me. I respect my mother's opinion to the highest degree, but she does not have to live my life. Wasting time pleasing others will lead you to a miserable life. Someone else can't live your life for you. You have to do it. On that note, I just wanted to say some things that I was thinking whilst on this TWO HOUR break. lol

I am destined for greateness.


GOALS FOR THIS SEMESTER= study hard. play hard....and eat healthy. lol.

Today is my mommy's birthday so i HAD to bake her a cake! Well a cake slash cupcakes. I used a different camera from all the other posts and I'm sure you can tell the difference. The quality of this camera is AMAZING!! Thank you babe! :)

Not only does Kim Kardashian have a reality show, she has a smoking hot boyfriend and now she's an Aunt to baby Mason. She also is releasing a fragrance that can only be purchased at Sephora launching in February. The fragrance comes in two large sizes with different packaging, but it also come in a rollerball that you can take with you on the go. I love the black bottle, but the true test will be how it smells...I guess we will see!!
